Pickup & Go
Coordinate meetup or delivery, inspect the vehicle with the host, photograph its condition at handover, and start your journey.
Register & Verify
Verify your owner profile with KYC, and link your bank or Mobile Money account for payouts.
List Your Vehicle
Provide specifications, upload a minimum of six photos, and set your daily or hourly rate.
Approve & Earn
Accept incoming requests, coordinate handovers, and follow your earnings in the host dashboard.

What You'll Need
Verification keeps every trip on Roamkin safe for both sides — here's what to have ready before you start.
- A valid driver’s licence recognised in Zimbabwe, meeting the age and experience requirements shown before you book
- Your National ID and Driving Licence for verification (passport optional)
- A verification selfie (reviewed manually by Roamkin staff)
- A card or Mobile Money account for payment
- Vehicle registration and proof of ownership
- Valid motor insurance that expressly permits paid rental use
- A government-issued ID for verification
- A bank or Mobile Money account for payouts
Pricing & Payments
No surprise fees — here's exactly how money moves through a trip.
Transparent daily pricing
Hosts set their own daily rate and security deposit. Longer trips can unlock a weekly discount set by the host. The security deposit is always shown separately from the rental price, and is refundable after the vehicle is returned, subject to any approved damage, fuel, late-return or other applicable claims.
Two ways to pay
Pay in full covers the rental charges, service fee and refundable deposit online, so nothing is due to the Host at pickup. Pay at collection covers the service fee and refundable deposit online, with the rental balance paid directly to the Host at handover against a receipt; because that balance is not paid in advance, it offers less Host-cancellation protection (a Host cancellation refunds only what you prepaid online). No rental balance is collected automatically after a cancellation.
Paid after the trip
Add your bank account or Mobile Money details once. Roamkin initiates payout of cleared, undisputed earnings within three Zimbabwe business days after a completed trip; your bank or provider may take longer to credit it.
Insurance and Cancellations
Roamkin is not an insurer — cover comes from the host's own motor insurance, whose certificate our team reviews before a listing goes live (an administrative check, not a guarantee that a claim will be covered). Cancellation refunds scale with the notice you give, with longer notice periods in peak season, and your exact refund is shown before you pay and before you cancel.
